1). Comstock's silver revenue was relatively small (compared to Gold) and any "benefit" that you talk of, will be a drop in the ocean.
2) Comstock produced a bar containing gold, silver and other waste material which had to be refined by a third party. The product they produce is of no use to Tesla
3) Comstock received the spot price (less a refining fee) from the refiner and I presume Tesla buys at spot. Where could any financial benefit accrue? Tesla won't buy at a premium to spot!!
4) Comstock are no longer producing and unlikely to in the foreseeable future given the losses incurred previously.

So without any financial benefits of a "deal" with Tesla plus no production, the point you are making is clearly "clutching at straws".
